On the Jacobian Conjecture

چکیده
The Jacobian Conjecture can be generalized and is established : Let S be a polynomial ring over a field of characteristic zero in finitely may variables. Let T be an unramified, finitely generated extension of S with T = k . Then T = S. Let k be an algebraically closed field, let k be an affine space of dimension n over k and let f : k −→ k be a morphism of algebraic varieties. Then f is given by coordinate functions f1, . . . , fn, where fi ∈ k[X1, . . . , Xn] and k = Max(k[X1, . . . , Xn]). If f has an inverse morphism, then the Jacobian det(∂fi/∂Xj) is a nonzero constant. This follows from the easy chain rule. The Jacobian Conjecture asserts the converse. If k is of characteristic p > 0 and f(X) = X +X, then df/dX = f (X) = 1 but X can not be expressed as a polynomial in f. Thus we must assume the characteristic of k is zero. The Jacobian Conjecture is the following : 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification : Primary 13C25, Secondary 15A18

The Jacobian Conjecture Is Stably Equivalent to the Dixmier Conjecture
The paper is devoted to the proof of equivalence of Jacobian and Dixmier conjectures. We show that 2n-dimensional Jacobian conjecture implies Dixmier conjecture for Wn. The proof uses “antiquantization”: positive characteristics and Poisson brackets on the center of Weyl algebra in characteristic p. 2000 Math. Subj. Class. 16S32, 16S80, 14R15.

We prove the equivalence of the Jacobian Conjecture (JC(n)) and the Conjecture on the cardinality of the set of fixed points of a polynomial nilpotent mapping (JN(n)) and prove a series of assertions confirming JN(n).
متن کاملA Note on the Jacobian Conjecture
In this paper we consider the Jacobian conjecture for a map f of complex affine spaces of dimension n. It is well-known that if f is proper then the conjecture will hold. Using topological arguments, specifically Smith theory, we show that the conjecture holds if and only if f is proper onto its image.
متن کاملThe Jacobian Conjecture as a problem in combinatorics
The Jacobian Conjecture has been reduced to the symmetric homogeneous case. In this paper we give an inversion formula for the symmetric case and relate it to a combinatoric structure called the Grossman-Larson Algebra. We use these tools to prove the symmetric Jacobian Conjecture for the case F = X−H with H homogeneous and JH = 0. Other special results are also derived. We pose a combinatorial...

We give a shorter proof to a recent result by Neuberger [11], in the real case. Our result is essentially an application of the global asymptotic stability Jacobian Conjecture. We also extend some of the results presented in [11].
